Summer Mushroom Madness July 20th Morning 10am Columbus

Join me in the hardwoods this summer as we embark on an adventure to discover the magic and the mystery of the mycelial world!

This series of classes is my most popular and i am so excited to share my love for wild mushrooms with you all! Not just mushrooms, our landscapes hold a cornucopia of foods and flavors that exist all around us!

This Class is 2.5 to 3 hours long,.

1 week before class, i will send out an email with the meetup location, typically within 30 minutes of Columbus, unless otherwise specified.

We will start with a guided nature walk in search of wild and edible plants, fruit, nuts and fungi! After the hike, we will all sit down to a wild food lunch, this lunch will reflect the flora of the season and highlight a lot of the plants we saw on the hike. This meal is typically vegetarian and dietary restrictions are accommodated.

After class, i will send out an email, recapping the class so you don’t have to take notes, but instead witness the glory of our abundant landscapes!
